“Folder option” from control panel has disappear?

In a computer, I have install Win XP some day ago. And one day, I open control panel but could not find “Folder options”. What is problem here. It is also not available in Tools menu of My Computer.

Your computer is infected by virus, to get back the folder option you have to reinstall the os again.

run your machine in safe mode and see whether it is there and run antivirus .. it will help
