SEO benefits of using Twitter

here are some tips for SEO Benifits of using twitter, If you want to have a good user name like “SEO Training”, which might be your primary keyword, it helps in some ways. but the following conditions apply.
1.You must have at least 1000 followers
2.They must all be one sided, that is…you shouldn’t be following them
3.They should be all active guys on Twitter, preferably
4.They should interact with you

I'm not sure if there's any seo benefit because as far as I know the link url for your twitter profile is considered a no-follow link that means robots won't crawl beyond it and pass the page rank. I think twitter is more towards traffic generation whereby if you have a high number of followers who are particular interested in your tweets, it will lead towards more arrival at your site.

Hmm.
I don't know about 1000 but i made 21 ( by following 11) in 7 days.
And i think you can make much if you follow everyone you get to see.
