Why the fonts are distorting on my screen like this

the curves or rounds of the fonts are not showing smooth on my screen, they are distorted or pixelated. What is the problem?

Right click on a blank area of your desktop, then click on properties, then click the appearance tab and hit the effects button, and you should see where it says use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts: make shure there is a green check mark in the box and that you are using clear type.
