how off-site optimization?

Hello Friend

I never tried off-site SEO before, and now I want to try my hands on it.

From what I've read I should do the following:
1. Submit to directories
2.Social Bookmarking
3. Exchange links with other similar website
4. Submit articles with my site's link on it
5. Forum posting and signatures


What I want to know is:
- What method should I try first?
- Any other methods I should try?

Plz give me Any other suggestions?

That's an OFF site optimization you can choose any of them to be your first method and aside from that method maybe you should implement or include the article submission, ads posting and blog commenting for your Off site optimization or what we called link building process.

Just add article marketing and blog commenting in that list and i think you can try anyone of its as all are the best to use.
