Offline marketing for online sites

4 like 0 dislike
Say, you have a site that concentrates solely on online sales. It makes sense for you to do lotsa of advertising and marketing via online media.

But how about offline approaches like pamphlets in letterboxes and all?

What are your thoughts on this? Is offline marketing for online sites significantly necessary?

Offline marketing is more expensive. So most online ventures avoid that unless they have big bucks. But we can do the free version; telling friends, business cards etc.
