Blog dofollow /Nofollow

Question

I'm using  blogger.com blog. Is it Dofollow or Nofollow ?
Is it nofollow , how to make it dofollow

Blogger and blogspot is one of the same thing and it is nofollow..I myself want to find the solution how to make it dofollow.

>> Click on the Layout tab from the Blogger.com Dashboard.

>> Click the Edit HTML link.

>> Check Expand Widget Templates.

Make sure you expand the widgets/gadgets box as nofollow attributes are inside them

>> Search for nofollow.

>> change it by do fllow

All blogs are dofollow by default unless you set them nofollow, am I right?
