How to add meta in wordpress blog ?

you can add meta tags in index file only, go to admin panel and then choose theme-> editors -> click on index file on write hand menu, and put your meta description and meta keywords there for home page only.

If you want to show meta tags on all pages then go to header file and remove auto php script for meta tags and put your own html codes that will appear on all pages.

Plugins > Add new > All in one SEO > activate

under all in one seo options u can set meta tags for blog home and for each post u wil find all in one seo bar under the post where u can place meta tags.
