I have a query that i hope you people will be able to solve it.

I have heard from a lot of people that they will guranteed bring 1000+ vistors for your site that too in a short period of time.

is it posssible to do this with white hat SEO techniques?

Any suggestions are most welcome.

I don't think so...
If you will put an advertisement of yours on some place and dummy visitors will click the ad going to your web then this is possible!
Or else if they market your site on twitter or facebook then its possible but that also you can't get 1000 visitors out of there unless and untill you don't have some very excellent and interesting news or content with you!!

I don't prefer too much with automatic submission, you don't know if will get quality traffics from it.
