I can not open facebook, youtube and some other sites, even games....

Question

My mom told me that she installed a porn filter software in my PC, now i can not open facebook, youtube and some other sites, even games....now i can't get the password of it and it's impossible to reinstall the computer
Is there any other way to bypass the blocker without software?
help please
