What is "Leech Protect"?

I have seen "Leech Protect" in my Cpanel under security tab.

But i don't know what is it.

Can any one help me please?

With Leech Protect you can prevent your visitors to give or publish their passwords on your area limit on your site. This feature will transfer (or block, if you choose) a password which was leaked to the address you specify.
