Can anyone tell me which are the romantic places, having good climate that would make the visit memorable, no matter whatever country?

Having just returned to Perth, Western Australia from living in Sydney for a while, I can say for sure that the climate here is absolutely beautiful.

It's mid-winter here now, so it's pretty cold. But the skies are often perfectly clear and blue. (And when I say cold, that's a very relative term. It would certainly be like summer or spring for anyone in, say, Europe.)

But I like some hilly areas, romance gives better results in cool places.
