How to rename link to page

I know for seo you must have a descriptive link but how do i do that

for example with search engine friendly url's turned on in joomla I get

hxxp://mysite.info/content/view/15/28/

how can I make it descriptive to get better placement?

hxxp://mysite.info/pokerguides/view/...texas-hold-em/

I have 3 sites that are like this in that I wanted to know how to give them a descriptive link.

any help much appreciated.
