How do i get pr? and i mean simply, coz i'm not expert...
it is just people say 'oh... my website is going to be pr5 nezt update'
and i'm like 'what?!?!'

how do i get mine up on josephheskett.com?
coz i'd really like it high...

submit your site to good general diretories and some niche ones that fit your site
most of these have good pagerank themselves or will be getting pagerank soon.
do a few TARGETED link exchanges with other sites related to yours (higher pagerank the better)
