What is best for google, wordpress with html rewrite or just simple html pages?

It's going to be for my t-shirt brand and i need some some top 10 positions for my site.

I will uppdate it about once a week with new posts, so guess i could live without wordpress if i can get better ranking on google.

Both are ok and fine
Important is to have good structure / sitemap and seo friendly links

WP is very well seo optimized CMS i think the best
