Hope some one help me on my problem..?

My problem is, i cant open more then one web page in one time.if i try to open another page with out closing first page.if one pae is running and cilck IE to open another page then nothing happen..

Abre una nueva pestaña en tu navegador y luego abre alli la otra direccion.
