Indexing dynamic pages and multiviews

Hello,

Which is best for google indexing, multiviews or not?I red that google is not so keen on ? and & in the url.

Example:
Without multiviews:

http://www.mysite.com/index.htm?page=home&cat=10
http://www.mysite.com/index.htm?page=news&cat=5

With multiviews

http://www.mysite.com/index/home/10
http://www.mysite.com/index/news/5

But I red thar google sometimes has problems with indexing and multiviews.

Google seems to learn that and now indexes these links very well. I even had a case when google indexed link with phpBB session number. This was really funny. But still i would recommend have as statis as possible link. With multiviews i see now problem why google cannot index it.
