I wanted to ask some questions.

Question

1 - Is it possible to get cash with no clicks? On some channels I am getting this, although it's very small amounts. But what is the meaning of it?

2 - I want some advice on the colour schemes... placement, etc of my banners, but I notice not many people put their URLs down. Any reason for this? Is there anywhere that may provide advice via email?
