How many a week should we submit too?

I want to start listing my biz blog in directories. How many should I list to weekly without it looking bad Seo wise?

50 is a lot for me. I just submit whenever I feel like it.

I have a software that has a list of random directories of different PR that does it for me. All I have to do is enter the captcha code and it will do the rest. Also, if you have your favorite directory that you want to submit to then it will enter all the info into that directory as well and you will just have to enter the captcha code!

I just use the software to enter my site information and then it has a small browser which I use to browse individual directories. The software enters all the fields and I can change them if I want.
