Which is profitable? MAking and selling a site or developing it?

Recently i got some offers for my blogs,
But i didn't sold them i thought developing them will make me more buck.

What do you think? Making websites and selling them will be more profitable or developing it will be more profitable?

developed websites always worth more, unless you have a very good domain name.

sitting the website wont help much though, you have to keep it updated.

Well if you are a person who has got a lots more time then i think it is better to have a website development.
But if you are a busy professional then i must say that making and selling website is a great deal.

This is one great way to make money. Develop a good website and sell it but if you are more interested in developing you probably should stick to developing sites. I think you can do both too... develop some websites and sell some.

There are many web designers doing that kind of thing you are talking here. Making the website and then selling it for a good price. And, there is no harm in having a already made site.
