WHen is a blog successful visitors wise?

How many daily visitors makes a blog successful and I mean mainly quality visitors? I really would like some feedback on this

There is nothing set. Daily at least 500 would be ok I guess. More is better of course. You have increase the number of direct visits to make a blog successful.

My PR3 blog gets around 300-400 visitors daily..which I don't think is a lot but it takes time to get permanent visitors.
