Is Blog banned by gooogle crawlable?

Hii Guys...
I just wanted to ask that if my blog which was on blogger,has been banned by Google.
So what if i purchase the same domain of my blog,will it be crawled or not?

if you had abcd.blogger.com and now if you buy abcd.com, those would be totally separate sites and also domains. So the banning for abcd.blogger.com would not effect abcd.com.

i think you won't be able to get the same domain as it is once banned .... you better off with some different domain ...
