Go to

>> Run
>> type GPEDIT.MSC
>> OK
>> User Configuration
>> Administrative Templates
>> Control Panel
>> doubleclick "Hide specified Control Panel applets"
>> Select 'enabled', then click 'Show"
>> click Add button,
>> type "nusrmgt.cpl" into the add box
>> click Ok..
now you can't see the User Accounts in the control panel..!
