watching a sharing file via network

Hello guys

i have couple question.
I have admin account.
@@ Can i view in realtime who opening and running a shared file in network.
@@There is a network printer which is printing back to front only in admin account.Users cant printing with back to front.I give them full control with printer but it still not working.

It would help immensely to know what operating system the file server / print server is using.

If your file server is Server 2008 or greater, you can also use the "Share and Storage Management" control panel, select a share and then click "Manage Open Files" in the Action Pane.
