Can anyone add Image and do Interlinking in CMS page in magento?

Hi all,

I have some small problem regarding image path and interlinking in magento. Finally  I want to display image in CMS page and want to give link of another CMS page on it.

Anyone please help me .....

You can add images in magento cms like
<img src={{skin url=<imagepath>}}
