Need help to interested in webdesign

hi

i would love to design my website on my own, one of my friend told that there is software to build website easily but not sure the name of that software.


so i need you guys help me in providing that software to build my website easily and attractive one.

n the DW setup for each site there is a Check In/Out function, it's under Manage Sites. Your colleagues will see an LCK file for each file you have checked out.
