build a Comment system

I am using dreamweaver, yes I know its not the ideal tool for advanced web design, but I dont know much code. My question is this, is there an easy way to add a comment system once articles are posted, much like the site engadget.com

Yes, with database and server side code. Or, with an application like Wordpress or Drupal, which both use PHP and MySQL.
Dreamweaver won't help much, but it does have some nice coding features.

Who says Dreamweaver isn't the ideal tool for advanced web design? I use it constantly for my coding.
