how i fund paypal through citybank or dbbl bank?

i am from Bangladesh, i used dbbl nexus cards to fund my paypal.but now paypal is declining dbbl nexus cards.how to fund paypal in bANGLADESH without credit card?

SORRY FRIEND IN BANGLADESH THERE HAS NO SCOPE TO FUND PAYPAL ACCEPT YOU WON THE ANY CREDIT CARD.BUT BANGLADESH GOVERNMENT DECIDED IT ON 2/3 MONTHS.

it is not legal. but if u need it badly the use VBA (Virtual Bank Account) to verify ur paypal account (is accnt is us based) or use VCC (Virtual Credit Card) to lift up ur sending limit. OR u can also get a payoneer card (master card) from any freelancer after joining this with paypal u can withdraw money from any ATM booth.
