Solution 1:
Restart your computer.
Restart will flush your cache.

Solution 2:
Flush DNS Manually
Run this command in your dos command prompt:
ipconfig /flushdns

Solution 3:
Set Windows not to cache negative DNS
If you wish to stop XP from saving the negative DNS entries into cache, you can make this change in your registry so windows doesnt cache them.
step 1. Goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\ Dnscache\Parameters
step 2. Build a new DWORD value called NegativeCacheTime and give it a value of 0
