Best Social Bookmarking Sites - Need Urgent ?

I need urgent best Social bookmarking sites which has been SE friendly (Do follow) and not having PW protected. Few months ago I had posted this topic over here and got many response as same. I had worked out on those sites but now from them few r having no follow and PW protected, few are could not open.

So dear,

Dose anybody else have list of bookmarking sites as mentioned above ??
