How to do Blog Commenting ?

Question

Hello,

From 1.5 year I am doing Link exchange, Directory submission, and Article submission on my Health site .

 But I do not find much improvement in the traffic and rankings. I only get 15 - 20 visits per day. After reading some articles on link building, I decided to start blog commenting to increase the traffic. But do not have much idea of blog commenting.

Please someone tell me how to start blog commenting on health site, what kind of blogs to search ?

also
make a quality blog comment..
the owner won't like if their blog is spammed by others,
so comment relevantly and good quality, so they will not delete your comment..
