How do I make a freind / friends selector to share something?

Hey everyone,

I have figured out how to do a lot but still having issues with this. I want a window that pops up with a scroller of all of your friends and you can choose one or up to 20 i think to send to. I know I have SEEN it somewhere on an app. My app is flash/iframe and I really would like to get the fb chromed window to come up like it does for my other things. What am I missing?
