What do you think about google personalized search?

I did not noticed any difference in traffic from google - but many people are saying that after this SEO becomes much less effective.....

What do you think?

I agree with swiss's answer. Due to personalized search, the first few spots may not appear the same in everybody's computer, so the click throughs may be different, but definitely not much enough to matter.
