I was born in Mexico so thats home and I will always have a really strong bond with it. (Mexico is a great place to raise children *only if you belong to the upper class though*)
Canada is a great place to live, quiet and beautiful... but its problem is the weather... I lived there for a while and it is still one of my strongest options.
USA is great but I would not raise my kids there... only in the north part of USA
I have been living in Germany for a while and I would not recommend living here more than a couple of years (Europe is awesome to live you can visit so many places and you have so much security) Probably I would choose to go and live in Dublin.
What I wanted to say is that everything depends on what you want to do
Live there as a single guy and find lots of girls and parties
Earn lots of money
Form a family
Go on vacations
