How to make a fan page on Facebook?

I was trying to make a fan page on facebook and couldnt figure out how. How do you get there to make it. Dont give me a link cause i need to know how to get there without it.

Without a link might be confusing, but here ya go:

1) Go to your profile (or your friends' profiles) and click the Info tab.
2) Scroll to the area where all the Pages are shown. Click on one. Any Page will work.
3) Now look to the upper right hand corner of the Page. You should see a link that says something like "Browse More ________." Click it.
4) This page shows the most popular Pages for that category. Now look to the upper right hand corner again. There's a tiny "About" link. Click it.
5) Now you're at the main About Page page. In the upper right hand corner is a silver rectangular button that says "+ Create a Facebook Page." Click that and you're on your way to making a Page.
