Start a brand new site or use an existing blog?

Hello all,

I have a blog with bunch of mixed contents that gets about 50 unique visitors a day. A page on that blog has a CPA offer that has been converting really well, but I only get about 10 visitors a day to that page. The offer pays per lead and more if the traffic converts to a sale, the payout range from $15 to $30. So obviously I want to scale this up, but I'm wondering which would be the best way.

Should start a new site fully devoted to the CPA offer in question? Or should I do some offsite optimization for the page that's already receiving some traffic and converting those traffic? Again, the CPA offer in on a blog that isn't theme specific and I'm wondering if optimizing a page from such blog would be much tougher than just starting a brand new blog devoted to the niche. Thanks everyone for helping.

Thanks for the WSO Joel, but I have to choose how I'm going to tackle this niche before I discuss methods for improving serp. Work and family takes up most of my day and so I have decide very carefully how I spend my free time. I can't optimize the page and start a new site, I just don't have the time to do both. So what would you do under the circumstances? By the way, did you see any result with that WSO you talk about? I bought about 4 WSOs when I first got started in IM and all of them were complete garbage.
